How do you charge for your services?
Pricing is tailored to each project based on its scope, scale, and the level of service required. After an initial consultation, the studio provides a detailed proposal so you have a clear picture of costs before any work begins.
What does the design process look like from start to finish?
The process moves through four stages: an initial consultation to understand the brief, concept development presenting layout and material direction, detailed design and specification, and finally delivery coordination and handover. You are involved at each stage, and no stage moves forward without your approval.
When is the studio available for consultations?
The studio is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 15:00. The studio is closed on Sundays. Initial consultations can be arranged by contacting us through the website or by phone.
Can you work with an existing layout or style, or does everything need to start from scratch?
The studio is comfortable working with existing constraints, whether that is a fixed layout, architectural features you want to retain, or furniture and materials you already own. A good brief at the start of the project helps the team understand what is fixed and what is open to redesign.
