Featured Work
The following projects illustrate the range and approach of Velqorinestavia Interior Design Studio across residential and commercial work in London. Each example reflects the studio's commitment to combining creative concepts, considered layouts, and carefully chosen materials.
Notting Hill Townhouse
A full-property residential project in West London, redesigning interconnected living spaces around a warm, modern material palette. The brief called for a home that felt elegant without sacrificing everyday functionality.
Clerkenwell Office Suite
A commercial interior for a professional services firm in Clerkenwell, balancing open collaborative zones with quieter focused work areas. Materials were selected to reinforce the client's identity while keeping the space practical for a full working day.
Islington Apartment Renovation
A compact residential renovation in North London where the spatial planning challenge was central to the brief. Thoughtful layout decisions and a cohesive material scheme transformed a constrained footprint into a harmonious, light-filled home.
Shoreditch Retail Interior
A commercial fit-out for an independent retailer in East London, designed to guide customers through the space while creating a distinct and memorable atmosphere. Every surface and finish was chosen to align with the brand's visual identity.
What Our Clients Say
“We brought Velqorinestavia in to redesign the main living areas of our home in South London, having struggled to find a direction ourselves. What stood out was how precisely the team listened during the early consultations. The finished interior feels cohesive and considered in a way our previous attempts never managed.”
“We engaged the studio for a commercial project, fitting out a new office space in Central London. The layout they proposed solved a number of practical problems we had not fully worked through ourselves, and the material choices gave the space a professional atmosphere without feeling cold. The coordination through delivery was smooth and reliable.”
“I was relocating to London and wanted a flat that felt genuinely designed rather than just furnished. Velqorinestavia took a modest space and made it feel both elegant and practical. The material selection was the element that surprised me most. Every finish works with the others in a way that looks effortless but clearly is not.”
